Orders & Refunds
At TreigningLab.com, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when purchasing our supplements. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our standard refund policy for customers who make purchases on TreigningLab.com.
- Eligibility for Refund
Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
a) Damaged or Defective Product: If the product received by the customer is damaged or defective, the customer is eligible for a refund. The customer must contact our customer service team at team@treigninglab.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide detailed information and evidence of the damage or defect, such as photographs or videos.
b) Incorrect Product Shipped: If the customer receives a product that is different from what they ordered, they are eligible for a refund. The customer must contact our customer service team at team@treigninglab.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide evidence of the incorrect product received, such as photographs or order details.
c) Order Cancellation: If the customer requests to cancel an order before it has been shipped, they are eligible for a refund. The customer must contact our customer service team at team@treigninglab.com as soon as possible to request the cancellation.
- Refund Process
a) Review and Verification: Once a customer contacts our customer service team with a request for a refund, our team will review and verify the request based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above. This may involve asking for additional information or evidence.
b) Refund Method: If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available for any reason, an alternative refund method may be used at our discretion.
c) Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the original purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping charges or other fees. If the customer received any discounts or promotions at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
d) Timelines: We will make reasonable efforts to process the refund within 7 business days of approving the refund request. However, the actual timeline for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
- Non-Refundable Items
a) Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used by the customer are not eligible for a refund, unless they are deemed to be damaged or defective as per our verification process.
b) Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased on sale or clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
- Return Shipping
a) Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is deemed damaged or defective and eligible for a refund, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to the customer to return the product. The customer must follow our return instructions and use the provided shipping label to return the product.
b) Incorrect Product Shipped: If the customer received an incorrect product and is eligible for a refund, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to the customer to return the incorrect product. The customer must follow our return instructions and use the provided shipping label to return the product.
c) Order Cancellation: If the customer requests to cancel an order before it has been shipped and the cancellation is approved, no return shipping will be required.
- Changes to Refund Policy
TreigningLab.com reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Refund Policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
Affiliate Partner Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the affiliate program on TreigningLab.com and any subdomains. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, TreigningLab.com” refers to The Treigning Lab, LLC, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the affiliate program on TreigningLab.com you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Affiliate Programs
There is one type of Affiliate program on TreigningLab.com: One-time payment. No sales receive recurring commissions.
Affiliate Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Affiliate will receive a 10% commission for each new signup.
Affiliate Payments
An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of $50 USD. Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 15 days from the requested date. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal.
All sales will receive a 10% commission excluding tax.
Affiliate Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
